What is your Prepaid-Return policy?

Merchandise may be returned up to 21 days from the date of receiving the order to receive a FULL refund. This means that if you change your mind about an item you purchased from one of our participating brands, we will simply issue you a prepaid return label and you would just send the merchandise back at no cost to you. You will NOT be responsible for any shipping charges or restocking fees! Just print out the UPS prepaid label we send you via email, take the package(s) to your nearest UPS pick-up center and we will issue your refund within 48 hours of receipt and inspection. How do I make a return?

One of our customer service representatives will process your request and an RGA number will be issued. They will also provide you with a prepaid-label with instructions within 5 business day of submitting your request. Once you are provided the prepaid UPS label(s), follow the instructions provided, take the package(s) to your nearest UPS pick-up center, and we will issue your full refund within 2 business days of receipt and inspection. Labels are good for 30 days from the date issued. If labels are not used within 30 days, they will expire. The customer is responsible for return shipping if the prepaid label has expired. Please make sure to read the conditions below.

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
  1. Merchandise must not have been installed or altered in any way.
  2. The merchandise must be in re-saleable condition, in its original carton, including all packaging materials and accessories.
  3. No returns will be allowed for Discount, Open Box or Clearance products.
  4. No returns on bulb or part orders.
  5. Claims after 21 days of receipt are not eligible for return or replacement.
  6. Refunds for returned products cannot exceed the originally charged amount.
  7. Orders shipped to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska are excluded from our Prepaid Returns program.
  8. Products that are shipped via freight truck DO NOT qualify for this program.
  9. Any original shipping charges incurred are not eligible for a refund.
  10. Orders placed prior to the Brand's start date in this Promotion do not qualify.

How does the 3 Day Delivery Time Work?

Our 3 Day Delivery guarantee is calculated based upon a 10:00am PST order cut-off. All orders placed after 10:00am are considered placed the following business day for calculation purposes. For example, an order placed on a Monday at 10:30am would be guaranteed to arrive on Friday. An order placed at 9:30am on a Monday would be guaranteed to arrive on Thursday. If an order is placed after 10:00am on a Friday or over the weekend, the 3 Day Delivery guarantee starts the following Monday (to arrive on Thursday). Holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.


  • Orders under $200 receive a $10 credit if we do not meet the delivery deadline.
  • If an item is found to be Back-Ordered or Out-of-Stock at time of purchase, it is NOT eligible for our delivery guarantee.
  • Orders shipped via Truck are not eligible for delivery guarantee.
  • We cannot be responsible for delays due to extreme weather conditions or delays with UPS/FedEx. We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping due to invalid delivery addresses. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. If a PO Box is entered, the order will be held until a physical address can be obtained.
  • Orders placed after 10:00am PST on a business day are considered placed the following business day (see calculations above). Holidays are not counted as a business day.
  • Due to holiday schedules of parcel companies and warehouse closures, we cannot guarantee delivery times from Wednesday, December 21st through Monday, January 2nd. Orders will still be processed, shipped, and you will be notified as quickly as possible. You may still receive your order within the specified delivery time frame.
  • Quick Delivery credits are issued on a per order basis, not per item. Only 1 Quick Delivery credit can be issued per order.
  • Offer applies to new orders only. Replacement orders are not eligible for the Quick Delivery credit.
  • Only standard products qualify for our Quick Delivery guarantee. Special lamping, custom finishes, bulbs, or made-to-order products are NOT eligible for a Quick Delivery credit.
